The cable channel is partnering with People magazine, and one of the women profiled is part of People’s annual “Half Their Size” issue, now on newsstands.

Annabelle, 26, has slimmed down from 328 pounds to 155. On the show, she meets with beauty expert Mary Alice Stephenson to prepare for her People photo shoot and decide how to show off her new body.

Stephenson also advises Lori, 40, who grew to 240 pounds after the birth of her first child. A workplace fitness program helped her lose 120 pounds.

The show, “New Body, New Style,” airs at 9 p.m. Friday on TLC.
