Looking to stay active this winter? The Chicago Department of Public Health is offering free aerobics classes for people of all ages and abilities.

The hour-long classes are offered all over the city, in ten different neighborhoods, five days a week. The classes are low-impact, and move to the rhythm of salsa, hip-hop and other dance music.

For more information, visit the Department of Public Health Website. If you would like to register, call Yolanda Vazquez at 312-745-1640.
