It’s all for a good cause.

To celebrate the Dec. 16 Blu-ray/DVD/3D release of “The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” Paramount Home Entertainment is sending the Turtles Pizza Van to Chicago, as part of a 10-city tour.

On Friday (Dec. 5), the van will be parked on Lower Michigan Avenue at Grand from noon to 2 p.m, and from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at Navy Pier, 600 E. Grand.

The van crew will be handing out free pizza (customize your slice with Turtle-inspired toppings) and collecting unwrapped, new toys for the Boys & Girls Club (so please don’t forget to bring one!). Free prizes will be handed out while supplies last.
