(BRIDGEVIEW) Two alleged burglars were arrested Thursday after police caught them breaking into a home in southwest suburban Oak Lawn.

Officers arrived in the 5000 block of Wick Drive about 10:20 a.m., after someone called 911 to report a possible home break-in, Oak Lawn police said.

The caller gave police a description of both men and their vehicle, and officers found them inside the house and arrested them, police said.

Bryce Schaller, 20, of the 10200 block of South Kedvale in Oak Lawn; and Miguel A. Martinez Jr., 25, of the 9700 block of South Tripp Avenue in Oak Lawn were charged with one count each of residential burglary and resisting arrest, police said.

They appeared in court Friday in Bridgeview, where Schaller was ordered held on a $225,000 bond, and Martinez was ordered held on $150,000, police said.
