The Shedd Aquarium was evacuated Saturday afternoon because of a small fire in a bathroom.

Crews responded at 3:41 p.m. to the fire in a lower-level bathroom, according to the Chicago Fire Department, which said no one was hurt .

The cause of the fire remained under investigation.

The aquarium was closed for the rest of the day, and visitors were told to hang onto their tickets and wristbands to redeem for a future visit.
