(AURORA) A 20-year-old woman was found dead at a motel in west suburban Aurora Saturday night.

Deputies from the Kendall County Sheriff’s office responded to Council Courts Motel, 1016 Route 30 in unincorporated Aurora, about 7:15 p.m., according to a statement from the sheriff’s office.

Upon arrival, police found a woman unresponsive. The woman was taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora where she was pronounced dead, police said.

The woman was identified as Karly L. Jackson, 20, of the 23000 block of Link Lane in Plainfield, police said. The Kane County Coroner’s office was notified of the death.

The cause of death is not known and an autopsy is scheduled for Monday, police said.
