WASHINGTON — The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence released its unclassified report on CIA torture in the wake of 9-11 on Tuesday. Speaking on the Senate floor, panel chair Sen. Dianne Feinstein D-Calif. said, “America is big enough to admit when it is wrong.”
