Republican Sen. Mark Kirk says releasing the report on CIA interrogation tacticts is “extraordinarily selfish.”
“To release a report like this with salacious details just inflames the local Afghan community,” Kirk said. “We probably are likely to lose some soldiers because of the release of this report.”
