Man shot in Roseland

A man was shot Tuesday morning in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The shooting happened about 10:40 a.m. in the 10400 block of South Wabash, police News Affairs Officer Janel Sedevic said.

A 24-year-old man was shot in the abdomen and taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition had stabilized, Sedevic said.

Police said the shooter fled in a four-door white vehicle.
