SEEN ON THE SCENE: “Dancing With the Stars” veteran and actress Julianne Hough was spotted dining at Siena Tavern the other night — while in town with her “Let’s Move” tour. … Carolina Panther (and former Bear) Greg Olsen — plus the Bulls’ Jimmy Butler — were spotted hanging out at Bub City’s “Windy City Smokeout.” Festival headliner Brett Eldredge was also seen hanging out at Bub City following his set. … The Atlanta Braves’ B.J. Upton was seen partying at Studio Paris. Ditto for NFL Hall of Famer Laurence Taylor and the Australian hip hop dance group, Justice Crew. … In town promoting his new book, “Glee” star Chris Colfer popped into 25 Degrees for a burger on Friday.
