Is a Diaz-Madden wedding in the works?

Cameron Diazlong has made it clear that she doubted marriage would ever be part of her future, but sources close to the actress believe rocker Benji Madden may just be the guy to change her mind.

While many consider them a surprising duo, Diaz and Madden have clearly showed they are crazy about each other — ever since they started dating this spring.

A source told People the couple already have discussed a possible trip down the aisle — something a longtime Hollywood pal of Diaz’s confirmed to me Wednesday.

“I know it seems extremely unlikely, but when you’re with Cameron and Benji you really feel the love. … Listen, stranger things have happened between two very different types of people — and not just in Hollywood,” laughed the source. “I’ll bet you can come up with odd couples in Chicago too!”

(Yup, that’s true, my friend… But I’m not naming names!!!)

Diaz and Madden are spending virtually all their time together — with the rock star basically living at Diaz’s home in Los Angeles. Along with a romantic sailing trip along the French and Italian coasts last week, Madden has gone out of his way to meet Diaz’s family — something the box office star certainly has pushed.
