There’s a new mom in the world of morning television. “Today” co-host Savannah Guthrie and her husband, Michael Feldman, are the proud parents of a daughter. Vale Guthrie Feldman was born Wednesday to the 42-year-old TV personality.

As is usually the case in today’s social media-driven world, Guthrie turned to Twitter to post, “My 3 a.m. wake up call sounds a lot different now. Sweeter…”

Little Vale was actually NOT so little — checking into our world at 8-pounds-5-ounces and 19.5 inches long.

Guthrie’s “Today” co-host Matt Lauer revealed how he discovered Guthrie had given birth. The two co-anchors had been texting back and forth all day Wednesday, and then Guthrie went silent for a few hours. When Lauer texted her back, she sent back a photo of Vale’s tiny foot!
