Evanston’s Wlil Jones announced on Tuesday his plans to play basketball at Monmouth College. The 6’2 wing helped the Wildkits to a regional title last season and will enroll at Monmouth in the fall.

The Fighting Scots are coached by Todd Skrivseth, who enters his fourth year at the helm.

“We’re extremely excited to have Will in our program,” said Skrivseth. “He’s a talented player with a good feel for the game which is what you’d expect from a coach’s son. Will is a real competitor on both ends of the floor and has the chance to impact our program for four years. He really developed his skills during his high school career and we’re anxious to see that development continue on the college court.”
