SHARE North Shore Basketball Showcase Set for Next Weekend

For the second season in a row, Loyola is hosting the War on the Shore, a one day basketball showcase that features the Ramblers, Evanston and New Trier. The games are Saturday, Feb. 4. Cost is $5 for all three games, and proceeds go directly to the Danny Did Foundation, which helps fight sudden death from epilepsy.

Last year, the North Shore teams went 1-2. Loyola beat St. Patrick, while Evanston lost to St. Ignatius and New Trier lost to Mount Carmel.

Here is this year’s schedule:

New Trier vs. St. Ignatius, 3 p.m.

Evanston vs. St. Patrick, 5 p.m.

Loyola vs. Waukegan, 7 p.m.
