After trailing Bishop McNamara 34-3 at halftime, Lake Forest Academy tried to make a game of things in their varsity football matchup friday night.

Lake Forest Academy cut the score to 34-17 by the end of the third quarter, but their comeback fell short.

Bishop McNamara was victorious by the final score of 48-31.

Next up for Lake Forest Academy is Leo on Saturday, Sept. 14, at 1 p.m.
