Seven people were injured early Thursday when a CTA bus crashed into parked vehicles in the Oakland neighborhood on the South Side.

The southbound No. 4 bus collided with two parked vehicles about 3 a.m. in the 3700 block of South Cottage Grove, according to CTA spokeswoman Tammy Chase.

Seven people, including the bus driver and six passengers, suffered minor injuries in the crash, Chase said.
