Burlington Central 1, Harvard 0: Burlington Central gained a low scoring shutout with a single goal scored by Cole Tecza. Ryan Fitzgerald made four saves in the game to bring the Rocket’s record to 5-1-2.

Genoa-Kingston 1, Richmond-Burton 0: After a rough first half unable to connect their passes, the Cogs started playing aggressive in the second as passes began to find their mark. It was Erik Tomlinson who placed the ball in the lower right corner for the game winner.

Streamwood 7, Niles West 1: Blerim Shoboni led the Sabres with three goals in their six-point win against Niles West. Dennis Sosa also contributed with two, while Alan Comarena and Jasminiro Diadarvoir had a goal each. Sergio Blanco made two saves.

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL

Dundee-Crown went 5-0 to capture the West Chicago tournament on Saturday.  Kiana Mays had 30 kills and Emma Brant added 24 to lead the Wildcats . Frankie Cavallaro added 81 assists for West Chicago (11-4).

Hampshire d. Lisle 17-25, 25-16, 15-6: Hampshire took third place in the Aurora Christian Invite. Erin Foss had eight kills and two digs for the Whip-Purs, while Lauren Poremba had six kills, two aces and three digs.
