The parking lot was full of private jets at Lewis University Airport in Romeoville for last weekend’s NASCAR events. “This is where most of the racers park their jets for NASCAR weekend. Things must be good in NASCAR, because I’ve been shooting this for several years, and I’ve never seen the ramp full to capacity, and then some,” Pilot/Photographer Lee Hogan said. “Also notice the trailer, which is the “Temporary Class D Tower” for the four day event. Thanks tower crew, you guys are awesome!” he added. | Lee Hogan/For Sun-Times Media
