Three people were injured in a shooting Friday night in the West Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

An 18-year-old man was standing at a bus stop about 11 p.m. in the 4000 block of West Jackson Boulevard when he heard shots ring out and realized he’d been struck, police said. He was shot in the buttocks and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition.

Two other people — a 16-year-old boy and a male juvenile, whose age wasn’t immediately known — were also shot, police said. The 16-year-old was shot in the wrist and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, his mother told reporters. The other boy was shot in the calf, but his hospital information was not immediately known. Both were listed in good condition, police said.
