Amanda Cosgrove is just the latest celebrity forced to deal with an obsessed fan/stalker.

Actress and singer Miranda Cosgrove clearly has finally had enough — getting a Los Angeles judge to issue a restraining order against an obsessed fan, who threatened to kill himself over Cosgrove.

Joshua Stockton has allegedly stalked Cosgrove for months all over California — including following her to the University of Southern California campus, where she’s a student. Using social media sightings, Stockton also followed the entertainer to events at places like Disneyland.

He sent her numerous gifts, which Cosgrove returned to him unopened. Those rejections by Cosgrove reportedly led him to threaten to commit suicide.

Despite the judge’s warning to Stockton to stay away from Cosgrove and to stop harrassing her — plus having issued the restraining order, the man continues to tweet about Cosgrove, almost without stop.
