(GLEN ELLYN) Police in west suburban Glen Ellyn issued a missing person alert after a 21-year-old woman with autism went missing Sunday morning.

Nora Wallar was last seen about 10 a.m. leaving her house in Glen Ellyn, police said in a statement. Officials would not say where Wallar lives.

Wallar has a “diminished mental capacity” and is unable to care for herself, police said.

Wallar is a 5-foot-9, 250-pound white woman, with brown hair and hazel eyes, police said. She was last seen wearing black yoga pants, a burgundy sweater, purple framed glasses and was carrying a black purse.
