Man robs North Center bank

A man robbed a bank in the North Center neighborhood Thursday morning.

The suspect walked into the TCF Bank branch at 3400 N. Western at 10:51 a.m. and passed a note to the teller demanding money, according to police and the FBI. He then ran off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No weapon was displayed or implied, and no one was hurt, police said.

The suspect is described as a 6-foot-2, 210-pound black man wearing a gray hoodie, jeans, black cap and glasses, according to the FBI.
