Man shot in Ashburn

A man was shot Saturday afternoon in the Ashburn neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The 18-year-old man was shot in the leg about 5:05 p.m. in the 8000 block of South Mozart, police News Affairs Officer Thomas Sweeney said, citing preliminary information.

He was taken in good condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Sweeney said.
