Police are searching for a 77-year-old man who suffers from memory loss who has been missing from the Northwest Side Portage Parkneighborhood since visiting the South Side on Sunday.

Richard Griffin recently moved to the 4500 block of North Melvina from the 400 block of West 98th Street, according to a police alert.

He was driving to a function on the South Side on Sunday when he was last seen. Police said his vehicle is a 2004 burgundy Jeep with a plate 9746391.

Griffin suffers from memory loss, police said.

He is described as a 6-foot-3, 230-pound black man with brown eyes, gray hair that is balding, and a light complexion, police said. He was last seen wearing a black Oakland Raiders baseball cap, alack Oakland Raiders jacket, and black jeans.
