A West Side man was ordered held on $500,000 for allegedly shooting a man last week in the West Side North Lawndale neighborhood.
Tyree Bradley, 22, faces one count of aggravated battery with a firearm in connection with the shooting that injured two people about 10:30 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 3600 block of West 16th Street, authorities said. He is also held on no bond for a narcotics charge, Cook County sheriff’s office spokeswoman Sophia Ansari said.
Bradley, of the 1500 block of South Kostner, allegedly shot a 28-year-old man in the wrist and leg. A bullet also grazed another man’s head and he was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
Bradley, who was arrested the night of the shooting, was also shot in the lower arm during the incident, but it wasn’t clear who shot him. He was treated at Stroger Hospital and taken into custody, police said.
He next appears in court Oct. 2.
