Dunkin’ Donuts is adding almond milk as a non-dairy alternative.
The chain announced Wednesday it is adding vanilla-flavored Blue Diamond Almond Breeze as an option in hot or iced coffee and lattes.
“One reason why we chose almond milk is that it’s one of the country’s most popular non-dairy alternatives,” according to a post on the Dunkin’ Donuts blog. “Whether you are looking for an alternate to dairy or simply prefer the rich and creamy texture and delicious taste that Almond Breeze offers, now our guests can enjoy more options when it comes to coffee and lattes.”
Dunkin’ Donuts also announced this week it will add dark roast coffee at stores nationwide beginning Sept. 22. The company’s dark roast coffee was unveiled Tuesday at two stores in California.
