7 hurt in West Side crash

Seven people were taken to hospitals after a crash early Sunday in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The crash happened at Congress and Homan at 2:46 a.m., police News Affairs Officer Ron Gaines said.

Seven people were taken to hospitals, Gaines said. Three people were taken to Stroger Hospital, two were taken to Norwegian and two were taken to Mount Sinai.

Information on their conditions was not immediately available.
