WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama meets with the four top leaders of Congress on Tuesday — House Speaker John Boehner; House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi; Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell — a day before a speech to detail the road ahead to deal with the ISIS threat. Obama also meets with Secretary of State John Kerry.

In the morning, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

Later in the morning, the President will meet with Secretary of State Kerry in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

In the afternoon, the President and the Vice President will host the bipartisan, bicameral leadership of Congress for a meeting on foreign policy at the White House. The President will be joined by Senate Majority Leader Reid, Senate Minority Leader McConnell, Speaker Boehner and Democratic Leader Pelosi. There will be a photojournalist spray at the top of this meeting in the Oval Office.
