A southwest suburban man was ordered held on a $300,000 bond Wednesday, charged with sharing hundreds of photos and videos of child pornography with an undercover FBI agent.

Kaillif Ammen, 19, was arrested Tuesday at his home in Burbank, according to a statement from the Cook County sheriff’s office.

Authorities searched Ammen’s home Sept. 9 after he allegedly shared more than 1,000 photos and 200 videos depicting child pornography with the undercover agent, authorities said.

Sheriff’s police found thousands of images of child pornography — some including infants and young children — on computers seized from his home, authorities said.

He was ordered held on a $300,000 bond at a hearing Wednesday at the Bridgeview courthouse, police said.
