Man shot in North Lawndale

A man was shot Sunday morning in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The 22-year-old was shot in the leg about 7:30 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Hamlin, said police News Affairs Officer Janel Sedevic.

He was taken in good condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, Sedevic said.
