SHARE Home burglaries reported in Antioch

(ANTIOCH) Lake County authorities are warning residents about a series of recent burglaries reported in unincorporated Antioch.

One or more burglars have entered occupied and unoccupied homes in subdivisions along Illinois Route 173 in northwestern Antioch Township and taken cash and change jars, according to a statement from the Lake County sheriff’s office.

The sheriff’s office is working with Antioch police to find the person or people responsible for the break-ins, according to the statement.
