Teen shot in Pilsen

A 17-year-old boy was shot in Pilsen Tuesday evening.

About 6:38 p.m., the teen suffered a graze wound to his head while he was in a vehicle in the 1500 block of West 17th Street, police said.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition had stabilized, police said.
