Power was restored for about 300 ComEd customers in the North Side Lake View neighborhood early Tuesday after equipment problems knocked out electricity late Monday.

Damaged power lines near Roscoe and Halsted knocked out the power about 10 p.m. Monday, affecting customers north to Addison and east to Lake Shore Drive, according to ComEd’s website.

Service initially was estimated to be restored by 1 a.m., but it was pushed back until all customers had power as of 2:36 a.m., according to ComEd.
