A man was shot and seriously wounded in the East Garfield Park neighborhood Wednesday evening.
About 6:30 p.m., the 21-year-old was shot in the leg and chest in the 300 block of South Homan, police said.
He was taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, police said.
