The Bulls lost more than a game Sunday against the Clippers. They also lost leading scorer Jimmy Butler to an elbow injury.

Butler suffered a Grade 2/3 ulnar ligament sprain and small bone impaction injury to the left elbow. He will miss three to six weeks.

Butler ran into a screen set by 6-11, 265-pound DeAndre Jordan while chasing Chris Paul. He spent some time on the bench before departing for the locker room and did not return to the game.

The Bulls are also without Derrick Rose, who will miss 4-6 weeks with a knee injury. Taj Gibson is also dealing with a sprained left ankle.

Butler is a first-time all-star this season, averaging 18.7 points, three assists and 5.5 rebounds.
