A 20-year-old manwas shot and wounded in West Garfield Park early Saturday, the second shooting in the neighborhood in an hour.

He was walkingin the 4400 block of West Congress around 4:20 a.m. when he was shot in the arm and buttocks, according to the police, who said he was aken to Mount Sinai Hospital.

Around 3:25 a.m., a 23-year-old man was shot in the neck and shoulder about a half mile southeast of there, in the 800 block of South Pulaski, police said.
