A 20-year-old man was shot and wounded in West Garfield Park early Saturday, the second shooting in the neighborhood in an hour.

He was walking in the 4400 block of West Congress around 4:20 a.m. when he was shot in the arm and buttocks, according to the police, who said he was aken to Mount Sinai Hospital.

Around 3:25 a.m., a 23-year-old man was shot in the neck and shoulder about a half mile southeast of there, in the 800 block of South Pulaski, police said.
