A 15-year-old boy shot himself in the foot Monday morningin the Washington Park neighborhood on the South Side.

The boy suffered a graze wound to the foot about 9 a.m. in the 5800 block of South King Drive, police said.

He was taken in good condition toUniversity of Chicago Medicine Comer Children’s Hospital, police said.

Police said the shooting wasself-inflicted. It was not immediately known whether charges would be filed.
