Hampshire 5, Dundee-Crown 4 – WhipPurs infielder Lauren Egger went 2-for-3 with an RBI and a run scored as Hampshire (1-4) defeated Dundee-Crown.

Joliet Catholic 12, Aurora Central 0 – Alyssa Callans threw five innings of no-hit ball and struck out nine as Joliet Catholic defeated Aurora Central. The Angels’ Brenna Garland hit a triple and drove in two runs.

Naperville Central 3, Bolingbrook 0 – The Redhawks won their opener and pitcher Julie Kesfas earned the decision.

Reavis 16, T.F. North 4 – Kim Baffin (3-0) struck out six in a complete- game win over T.F. North. Ashley Galason went 2-for-3 with a home run, four RBI and three runs for Reavis (3-0, 1-0 South Suburban Blue).

Westmont 15, Walther Christian 0 – Rachel Chorney’s grand slam helped Westmont (1-0) make easy work of Walther Christian. Kiera Aldridge had three hits and Kristen Skala pitched five no-hit innings with 11 strikeouts.
