SHARE Police warn of West Town garage burglaries

Police issued an alert after a series of recent garage burglaries in the West Town neighborhood.

In each incident, a person uses force to break through a garage door and remove property, according to an alert from Chicago Police.

The burglaries occurred:

  • 9 a.m. March 23 in the 2400 block of West Walton
  • 12 p.m. March 25 in the 1900 block of West Chicago
  • 8 a.m. March 27 in the 800 block of North Wolcott

Further details were not available.
