A female was pulled from the Chicago River downtown Wednesday evening.

About 5:50 p.m., the female — whose age was not immediately known — was pulled form the water near Wacker and Wabash, police said.

She was taken to a hospital, but her condition was also not immediately available.

A representative from the Chicago Fire Department could not be reached Wednesday evening.

Tuesday, a man was pulled from the Chicago River after falling in near Wacker and Clark.
