Not even Jimmy Butler could defend this student’s shot.

During an event for Kellogg’s to raise awareness about childhood hunger yesterday, the Bulls guard challenged a local Chicago high school student to a bet. Kellogg’s had committed to giving a $10,000 donation to Phoenix Military Academy, and Butler said he would match the donation, if the student could make a three-point shot.

Well, guess what! To paraphrase Bulls announcer Stacey King, “Jimmy G. Butler—the G is for gives.”
