Two men were killed and at least 10 other people have been wounded in shootings across the city since Friday night.

The two men were fatally shot inside a parked vehicle early Saturday in the Pilsen neighborhood.

About 1:30 a.m., Johnathan Ramirez, 18, and Santos Bueno, 22, were sitting in the vehicle in the 1000 block of West 18th Street when someone walked up and fired shots, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Both men suffered multiple gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.

Bueno lived in the 7900 block of South Kilpatrick, according to the medical examiner’s office. Ramirez’s home address was unknown as of Saturday afternoon.

A police source said the shooting may have been gang-related.

The most recent nonfatal shooting happened about 8:20 p.m. Saturday in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood on the South Side.

An 18-year-old man was standing on the corner in the 8400 block of South Sangamon when he heard shots ring out and realized he’d been struck, police said. He was shot in the lower back and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition stabilized.

Less than 30 minutes earlier, a 16-year-old boy was shot in the South Side Woodlawn neighborhood.

The teenager was standing outside about 7:55 p.m. in the 6100 block of South Kimbark when a male approached and opened fire, police said. The shooter then ran away. The boy was shot in the knee and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.

About 7 p.m., a woman was shot in the Galewood neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The 25-year-old was sitting in a vehicle with several other people in the 1800 block of North Merrimac when another vehicle drove up and someone inside fired shots in her direction, police said. She was shot in the head and taken to Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, where her condition stabilized.

At least seven other people have been injured in shootings across the city since 9:45 p.m. Friday.
