SHARE Police: Man found dead in Chicago River in North Center

Firefighters found the body of a man floating in the Chicago River Monday morning in the North Center neighborhood on the North Side.

The Chicago Fire Department’s Marine Unit responded about 8:30 a.m. near the 2900 block of North Oakley, police said.

The body is thought to have been in the water for some time, police said.
