A 15-year-old boy was shot and critically wounded in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side Tuesday night.

About 9:55 p.m., officers found the teen with gunshot wounds to the abdomen and both legs in the 4100 block of West 16th Street, police said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, police said.
