A 15-year-old boywas shot and critically wounded in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side Tuesday night.

About 9:55 p.m., officers found the teen with gunshot wounds to theabdomen and both legs in the 4100 block of West 16th Street, police said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, police said.

The 21-year-old was found in the basement bathroom of a home in the 200 block of West 105th Street with a gunshot wound to the head.
