A man was shot Wednesday afternoon in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side.
The shooting happened in the 300 block of West 107th Street just after noon, according to police News Affairs Officer Stacey Cooper.
A 26-year-old man was shot in the upper right leg and taken in good condition to Roseland Hospital, Cooper said.
Details about the shooting were not immediately available.
The woman, 50 accidentally shot herself in the 1200 block of South Western Avenue and drove herself to a hospital, police said. She’s listed in good condition.

Sian Carter, 20, was found unresponsive in the 500 block of Rebecca Lane, police said. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The girl found a gun in the 1500 block of West Jonquil Terrace in Rogers Park, police said. It went off, striking her in the hand. She is hospitalized in good condition.
