A 16-year-old boy was shot in the Austin neighborhood Tuesday night.
About 9 p.m., the teen was outside in the 100 block of North Pine when a black vehicle approached and someone inside opened fire, police said.
The teen was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition had stabilized, police said.
