Buffalo Grove 2, Schaumburg 0 – Sarah O’Connor had two goals for the Bison.

Providence 3, Marian Catholic 1 – Mikayla Sanders scored two goals for the Celtics (8-6, 2-4 East Suburban Catholic). Karli Boyd also scored.

BOYS VOLLEYBALL

Illiana Christian d. Richards 25-14, 25-22 – Aaron Barnes had 15 assists, three blocks and two kills to lead the Vikings (10-3-1).

Lincoln-Way West d. Joliet West 25-10, 25-13 – Michael Wexter had 11 kills and nine blocks for the Warriors, and Scott Christensen had seven kills.

Loyola d. St. Ignatius 24-26, 25-16, 25-11 – Jakub Mazurek had 11 kills and Jack Talaga had 31 assists for the Ramblers.

Marist d. Payton 25-27, 25-18, 25-15 – Mike Burci had 11 kills and 10 blocks for the Red Hawks (10-6).

Northside d. Latin 25-21, 25-18 – The Mustangs were led by Anjan Gosh’s seven kills and Gus Vroustouris’s 20 assists.
