Oak Forest 16, Eisenhower 0: Oak Forest (11-6, 6-1 South Suburban Blue) crushed Eisenhower thanks to the efforts of Damon Czarnecki (3-for-3, double, two RBI, two runs scored) and Joe Mueller (2-for-2, four RBI).

Oak Lawn 6, Bremen 2: Boo Quillin (4-for-4, RBI, two runs), Patrick Slattery (4-for-4, three runs) and John Roberts (3-for-4, double, three RBI) all had big games for Oak Lawn.

Providence 4, Andrean (Ind.) 1: Matt Waznis doubled and knocked in two runs for Providence (15-3). Jimmy Jeffries also had a double and an RBI and Justin Hunniford (4-0) remained perfect, throwing a complete game and allowing no earned runs while scattering five hits. He also struck out six while not walking anyone.

Ridgewood 7, St. Edward 1: Mike Maurello had a solid outing for Ridgewood (8-11, 5-4 Metro Suburban East), allowing just four hits and striking out eight while surrendering no walks. Frank Malicki recorded two RBI

Riverside-Brookfield 2, Chicago Christian 1: Connor Berek (4-1) won the pitching duel for the Bulldogs, throwing a complete game and allowing just one run while fanning eight.

Sandburg 11, Bolingbrook 5: Griffin Kazmierczak (2-for-4) knocked in three runs for the Eagles.

Taft 9, Payton 4: Nate Posadas (2-for-4, double, three RBI) powered the offense for the Eagles (16-1, 5-0 Jackie Robinson North).

T.F. South 6, Evergreen Park 4: The Rebels (7-11, 3-7 South Suburban Blue) were the beneficiary of a game-winning double from Lou Reynolds (2-for-3, two doubles).
