Crystal Lake South tops Dundee-Crown

SHARE Crystal Lake South tops Dundee-Crown

Friday was the Valley Division opener for Crystal Lake South and Dundee-Crown and the starting pitching matchup showed that both teams wanted to start out strong with both the Gators and Chargers putting the ace of their pitching staff on the mound.

The pitchers dominated the first four innings, but the Gator bats came through as South defeated D-C 6-3 in a Fox Valley Conference Valley Division matchup at Crystal Lake South High School.
