They’re halfway there.

Kaneland players have their eye on the prize as the Knights resume Northern Illinois Big 12 East Conference play Tuesday at home against Sycamore but are trying not to look too far ahead.

“It was very good for their confidence, from the standpoint of going on the road and going 4-0 last week,” Kaneland coach Peter Goff said. “We look at each week as a new ‘mini-season’ and this is another important week playing (league foes) Sycamore and then going to DeKalb on Thursday. It’s also prom week.”
